("Worthy," "we," "us," or "our") provides AI-powered advertising technology services, principally dynamic advertising products in which ad creative is generated and optimized for our clients (collectively, the "Services"), and operates the website located at worthy.ai (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information when you visit our Site, use our Services, or otherwise interact with us.

2. Our Services Do Not Use Personally Identifiable Information

Worthy's advertising Services are designed to operate without the collection or use of personally identifiable information (PII) about end users. Our dynamic advertising products generate and optimize ad creative using campaign-level and aggregate performance data provided by our clients and their advertising platforms — such as impressions, clicks, and conversion totals — rather than data about identified or identifiable individuals. Worthy does not:

• Collect, purchase, or otherwise acquire PII about end users who view or interact with ads delivered using our technology;
• Build or maintain profiles of individual end users;
• Track end users across websites, apps, or devices; or
• Sell or share personal information, including for cross-context behavioral or targeted advertising purposes.

Any performance data we receive from clients or advertising platforms is aggregated or otherwise not reasonably capable of identifying an individual.

3. Information We Collect

Business contact information you provide. If you contact us, request a demo, or enter into a business relationship with us, we collect the information you provide directly, such as your name, business email address, phone number, company name, and job title, along with the contents of your communications. If you are a client or partner, we also collect billing and contractual information.

Limited technical information on our Site. Like most websites, our Site's hosting and analytics infrastructure may automatically log basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and the dates and times of visits. We use this information only to operate, secure, and improve the Site.

Campaign and performance data. In the course of providing the Services, we receive campaign-level configuration, creative, and aggregate performance data from our advertiser clients and their advertising platforms. This data relates to campaigns and creative, not to identified individuals.

4. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

• Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Site and the Services;
• Generate, deliver, optimize, and measure the performance of dynamic advertising creative on behalf of our clients, using campaign-level and aggregate data;
• Develop, train, and improve our advertising models and technology using aggregated data;
• Communicate with you, including responding to inquiries, providing support, and sending service-related or marketing communications (which you may opt out of at any time);
• Support compliance with applicable laws and industry requirements, including advertising rules applicable to regulated industries such as real-money gaming;
• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, invalid traffic, security incidents, and other harmful activity; and
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements, terms, and policies.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our Site may use a limited set of cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember preferences, and understand aggregate Site usage.
